JASON MARRA |
A burning belief that clients in the recruitment advertising industry could be better served, prompted Jason to take matters into his own hands in 2005.
“The industry takes a narrow focus of what recruitment advertising is, and to be blunt, it’s often after the easy dollar without considering what’s in the client’s long term interests. I have built an agency that recognises that recruitment advertising isn’t a one-off event, but an ongoing, strategic process that’s critical to the success of just about every organisation.
Jason, armed with 18 years marketing experience and on a passionate mission to make a difference, leads the team from a strategic approach. A visionary, he is involved with all client accounts providing invaluable high level advice.
BACKGROUND:
Eight years in the oil business, followed by two years in FMCG, one year as a marketing consultant, then onto New Zealand Institute of Management for another couple of years lead to a change of scene as an agency manager for a multinational agency.
