When Ezibuy started working with Fuel on their recruitment advertising their focus was much more on press and traditional media. Ezibuy was ready to explore other channels to attract better quality candidates, more cost effectively.

Fuel recognised that the people who shopped in Ezibuy stores were exactly the type of people Ezibuy needed to attract as employees, as they were already advocates of the Ezibuy brand. We created a campaign that ran with in-store posters, counter cards and flyers that were sent with the Ezibuy catalogue, which pushed people to the website for more information. Targeted online advertising also bolstered the recruitment efforts. We then integrated an online Applicant Tracking System so that applicants could be managed more effectively and a talent pool was built to save applicant details for future roles. 

The result? With no compromise on quality, we saved Ezibuy approximately 40% on their annual recruitment spend.
